Shipping Policy – Stationery Berry

Stationery Berry (“company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Becca Bleu (doing business as Stationery Berry), ships physical stationery products from Oklahoma, United States. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed and shipped.

By placing an order on stationeryberry.com, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.


1. Business Hours and Availability

Stationery Berry operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for online shopping and customer inquiries.

• Customers may place orders at any time, including weekends and holidays.
• Customer support is available 7 days a week for questions regarding orders or shipping.

However, shipping and order processing occur only on business days, based on local postal service availability.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days after payment is received and verified.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal or postal holidays.
• Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.
• Processing time does not include transit (delivery) time.

Because Stationery Berry operates in a small town with limited postal access, processing and shipping may be affected by:

• Local post office operating hours
• Postal staffing limitations
• Severe weather or emergency closures


3. Shipping Carriers and Methods

We ship primarily through United States Postal Service (USPS) and may use other carriers at our discretion.

• Most orders will include tracking information
• Tracking numbers are provided when available once the order ships
• Tracking updates are controlled solely by the carrier and may take time to appear

We do not guarantee delivery dates.


4. Shipping Timeframes (Transit Time)

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery times after shipment may range from:

• 2 to 10 business days (domestic)

Delivery delays caused by carriers are outside of our control.


5. Weather, Emergency, and Force Majeure Delays

Stationery Berry is located in Oklahoma, where severe weather events may affect shipping operations, including but not limited to:

• Tornado warnings or tornado damage
• Wind storms
• Ice storms
• Flooding
• Postal facility closures due to inclement weather

If local postal services are closed due to weather or emergency conditions:

• Order processing and shipment may be delayed
• Delivery timelines may be extended
• These delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations

The company is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters or government-mandated closures.


6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

• Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for refunds
• Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to reship
• We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by address mistakes


7. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier:

• Delivery responsibility transfers entirely to the carrier
• Stationery Berry has no access to carrier systems beyond the tracking number
• We do not receive any additional information about the package once it leaves our possession

If a package is:

• Marked as delivered but not received
• Delayed in transit
• Lost, damaged, or misdelivered

Customers must:

• Contact USPS directly using the tracking number
• File any required claims with the carrier

Stationery Berry cannot retrieve, reroute, or investigate packages once they are in USPS custody.
Replacement or refund is not guaranteed for carrier-related issues.


8. Domestic Shipping Only (United States)

At this time, Stationery Berry ships only within the United States.

• We do not offer international shipping due to tariffs, customs restrictions, and regulatory complexity
• Orders placed with international addresses will be canceled


9. Shipping Costs and Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

• Original shipping fees are not refundable
• Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments caused by address errors or refused packages


10. Order Cancellations Related to Shipping

• Orders may be canceled only before shipment
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled
• Shipping delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund


11. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time.

• Updates will be posted with a revised effective date
• Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy
