Q1: What does Stationery Berry sell?
A: Stationery Berry sells physical stationery products such as envelopes, bookmarks, notepads, planner pads, greeting cards, and other paper goods designed by Becca Bleu. We do not sell digital downloads.
Q2: Do you sell custom or personalized items?
A: Yes, some products may be offered as custom or made-to-order. These items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Q3: Can I shop when you are not shipping?
A: Yes. Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even on days when we are not shipping.

Orders & Payments
Q5: When will my order ship?
A: Orders typically ship within 1–7 business days. We ship from a small-town post office in Oklahoma, which is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and occasionally due to severe or inclement weather (including tornadoes and wind storms).
Q6: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. We currently ship within the United States only due to tariffs and shipping limitations.
Q7: Will my order include tracking?
A: Most orders include tracking. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Q8: What happens after my package is shipped?
A: Once your package is accepted by the USPS, we no longer have control over it and receive no additional information beyond what USPS provides. All delivery delays, routing issues, and lost or misdelivered packages must be addressed directly with the USPS.
Refunds & Cancellations
Q9: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes. Cancellations are accepted only if your order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

A: Refunds are offered solely at our discretion and only for issues caused directly by us, such as:

A: We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered by the USPS. Once a package leaves our hands, all delivery issues must be handled directly with the USPS.
Products & Artwork
Q13: Who owns the artwork on the products?
A: All artwork and designs are the exclusive property of Becca Bleu and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Q14: Can I scan, copy, or resell your artwork?
A: No. Purchasing a product does not grant any right to reproduce, digitize, scan, copy, resell, or distribute our artwork in any form.
Q15: Can I use your artwork commercially?
A: No. Our artwork is sold only as finished physical products and may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes.

Q16: What personal information do you collect?
A: We collect only the information necessary to process your order, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details.
Q17: Do you have access to my credit card information?
A: No. All payment information is processed securely by your bank or payment provider. Becca Bleu / Stationery Berry does not store or have access to your full credit card number.
