Refund and Cancellation Policy – Stationery Berry

Stationery Berry (“company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Becca Bleu, sells physical stationery products only. Please read this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below.


1. Physical Products Only

All products sold by Stationery Berry are physical goods that are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • We are not responsible for items lost in the mail once they are marked as delivered or in transit by the carrier.


2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • To request cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.


3. Refunds and Returns

Because our products are physical goods:

  • Refunds are issued only after a return is approved and the item is received.

  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Custom or personalized items (no refunds under any circumstances)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear

  • Items returned without prior approval


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

Failure to report issues within this time frame may result in denial of your claim.


6. Lost Packages

  • Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

  • Stationery Berry is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered by postal or courier services.

  • We recommend ensuring your shipping address is correct and using secure delivery locations.


7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By purchasing from Stationery Berry, you agree that:

  • Any chargeback or payment dispute filed without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy

  • Unjustified chargebacks may result in account termination and refusal of future orders

  • We reserve the right to recover costs associated with chargebacks, including fees and legal expenses

All disputes should be addressed directly with the company before contacting your payment provider.


8. Variations and Handmade Nature

Many of our products are handmade or artist-designed:

  • Minor variations in color, cut, or print are normal

  • These variations are not considered defects

  • Screen display differences do not qualify for refunds


9. Agreement to Policy

By completing a purchase from Stationery Berry:

  • You acknowledge that refunds are subject to this policy

  • You agree to resolve disputes directly with the company

  • You understand that cancellation is only available before shipping
